Monthly or annual — what's the difference?
Monthly billing keeps you flexible — cancel anytime with 30 days notice, no penalties. Annual billing gives you 2 months free (you pay for 10, you get 12) and waives the setup fee entirely — a combined savings of up to $2,591 on Growth. Most owners who know they want 24/7 coverage long-term take annual and come out ahead in month one.
What does the setup fee cover?
A 30-minute onboarding call, custom AI training on your services and pricing, number porting or provisioning, CRM and calendar integration, and a test call before you go live. Setup fee is tiered: After Hours $297 · Starter $497 · Growth $997 · Scale custom — fully waived when you go annual. Most shops are live within 48 hours of onboarding.
How does the After Hours plan work exactly?
You define your off-hours — say, 6 pm to 8 am on weekdays, all day on weekends. Calling Matrix only activates during those windows. Every call that comes in gets answered, your questions get asked, the appointment gets booked, and you get a morning summary. During your business hours, your phone rings normally.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, any time. Most shops start on After Hours, see the results in week one, and upgrade to Starter or Growth within 30–60 days. Upgrades take effect on your next billing cycle with no interruption to service.
What happens if I go over my call limit?
We'll notify you and give you the option to upgrade to Growth (unlimited effectively) or continue at a small per-call overage rate. We won't cut off your calls — your phone line stays live either way.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes — 30-day money-back guarantee. If Calling Matrix isn't working for your business within 30 days of going live, we refund your first month's subscription. The setup fee is non-refundable.
